Firdousi Wyrick
Dr. John Wyrick has been a member of the healing profession for 29 years. He practiced massage therapy for three years before becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic in 1977. He practiced Chiropractic in Kansas City then moved to Tortola, a Caribbean island in the British Virgin Island chain. There he was instrumental in bringing Chiropractic services to the native people as one of the first licensed Chiropractors in the Caribbean.
Dr. Wyrick has studied many of the world's leading religious and esoteric practices. He began leading Sufi practices and teaching Tai Chi in 1975. As a Sufi teacher he earned the title of Sheikh (teacher and spiritual guide) in 1984 from the western branch of the Chistia Sufi order, the Sufi Ruhaniat International. In this same year he discovered the central principles and the foundation of his current work, which he calls Radiance Therapy. Within two years his practice of counseling people in the nature of their unconscious myths and karmic structures completely replaced his Chiropractic practice. Since 1987 he has dedicated his life to developing this methodology and has now translated over 10,000 people's karmic profiles.
In 1999 Dr. John was accepted as a Sheikh in the International Sufi Movement and appointed the Kefayat (the primary guide of the healing concentration) for North America. He currently works in more than ten cities in the United States and abroad, where he lectures, trains, and facilitates his healing work and Sufi teaching. He is working on a book, and has begun taking apprentices for his healing work.
